A: Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production, followed by 3–6 business days for U.S. shipping after fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Q: Where do orders ship from?
A: Orders ship from third-party fulfillment centers within the United States, depending on availability and location.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is a $4.49 flat-rate fee on all U.S. orders, regardless of size or quantity.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, Saint Label ships within the United States only.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.
Q: What if my package is delayed?
A: Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not grounds for refunds.
Q: What if my order is marked “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: Saint Label is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors, then contact the carrier directly for assistance.
