Q: How are Saint Label totes made?
A: Every tote is made just for you after you place an order. This “made-to-order” approach reduces waste, ensures quality, and allows us to ship from the location closest to you.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Production usually takes 3–7 business days. After that, shipping time depends on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your tote ships.

Q: Where do totes ship from?
A: We work with fulfillment centers in multiple regions. Your order will ship from the facility best suited to your location, helping shorten delivery times.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Q: What if my order doesn’t arrive?
A: If your package seems delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?
A: If you realize there’s an error, please contact us right away. If your tote hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. If it has already shipped, the order may return to sender — in which case reshipping costs will apply.

Q: Can I return or exchange my tote?
A: Since each tote is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind. Please double-check product details before ordering.

Q: What if my tote arrives damaged, defective, or with a fulfillment error?
A: We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
