Because all Saint Label products are made to order, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy. Except as described below for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, all sales are final.
Eligible Issues
We will offer a replacement or refund only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a fulfillment error, such as receiving the wrong item or design. In these cases, Saint Label will cover the cost of a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Situations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, buyer’s remorse, changing your mind after ordering, or items that were ordered correctly but are no longer wanted. Refunds requested for these reasons are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Reporting Timeframe
Any damage, defect, or fulfillment issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for resolution.
Required Documentation
To submit a claim, you must provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear, high-quality photos showing the defect or damage. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim denial.
How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once received, we will review your claim and respond within a few business days with the available resolution options. If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. Partial refunds may be issued if only part of an order is affected.
Shipping & Reshipment
If the issue is due to our error, replacement shipping is free. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders returned due to address errors.
