Thank you for shopping with Saint Label. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Fulfillment Time
All Saint Label products are made to order. This means each tote is produced specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Fulfillment (production, printing, and preparation) typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the tote style. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once fulfilled, orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–6 business days. We partner with third-party fulfillment providers and carriers and may ship orders from different U.S. locations depending on availability and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is a $4.49 flat-rate fee on all Saint Label orders shipped within the United States, regardless of size or quantity. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address / Returns to Sender
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, Saint Label is not responsible for delivery failure. The order may be reshipped only after it is returned to us, and reshipping fees will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of address errors.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Saint Label is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine eligibility for a replacement or refund in accordance with their policies. Saint Label is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
